Her 4,000 word article, ‘We had nothing to lose, no pride, no ego’: Why these 20-somethings became mayors,was featured as the cover story in one of Australia’s leading feature magazines, Good Weekend.
Caroline’s long-form essay, ‘You can’t be what you can’t see’ - The participation of migrant communities in Australia’s political system, was commissioned and published by the Scanlon Foundation Research Institute in 2022, and formed the basis of her Good Weekend feature. She has since written a second essay on women’s health, which is due to be published in early 2024.
